Psychedelics have been integral to many Indigenous cultures for thousands of years, serving as sacred tools for healing, self-exploration, spiritual connection, and community bonding. These experiences can offer a unique opportunity to move beyond ordinary states of consciousness and gain deep personal insights. Psychedelic integration is a supportive therapeutic process that helps you prepare mindfully for a psychedelic experience and gently translate the insights gained into meaningful, lasting change in everyday life.

Whether you are seeking spiritual growth, emotional healing, or change, I tailor support to meet your needs and help you to create lasting, meaning transformation.
What to expect:
- Intake conversation to understand your background, current challenges, medication and medical considerations, and intentions for the work.
- One or more pre-session meetings (30–90 minutes) to refine intentions, develop a safety plan, and teach grounding tools you can use before, during, and after the experience.
- Post-experience integration sessions scheduled in a window that suits your process (often within 1–2 weeks, with follow-ups over months as needed). These sessions focus on meaning-making, emotional processing, and translating insights into action.
- Written resources and practices tailored to you: guided journaling questions, breathwork or movement suggestions, anchor rituals, and goal-setting templates.
Who this is for:
- People preparing for a guided psychedelic session or personal microdosing practice who want intentional, therapeutic preparation.
- Anyone who has had a psychedelic experience and feels unsettled, confused, or inspired but unsure how to apply what they learned.
- Individuals recovering from difficult or challenging experiences who need a trauma-informed integration plan.
